The November program will explore solutions for scaling user-centered design and
assessment processes that were developed during the dot com explosion to the
more limited budgets of today.
In the past couple of years, many companies who previously heavily invested in the development of user-centered design and assessment processes now witness a dramatic decrease in budget allocations for the user experience (UE) portion of new projects. Many UE teams that developed robust design and assessment processes in previous years are in the position of knowing the right thing to do, yet now have far fewer resources, and much less time, to perform due proper diligence activities. How should UE teams adapt their processes under these new circumstances? |
