CNN.com recently launched the latest evolution of their web site that incorporates new models of storytelling and story connections, while integrating several Web 2.0 technologies. Lori Adams and Toni Pashley will present the user-centered process undertaken in this project, including the early user research and analysis all the way through implementation and post-launch feedback mechanisms. They will also discuss the challenges involved in a project like this in a company of CNN's size.
