Barbara is Managing Principal of Little Springs Design and curator of the Design for Mobile conference in North America. She is also author of "Designing the Mobile User Experience" (Wiley 2007). Barbara has worked in product usability for Sprint and IBM. She has an MBA from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor's of Industrial Engineering at the University of California at Berkeley.
